Our Five-Step Process
1 - Initial Contact
The process begins when you schedule a FREE consultation with one of the Royal Deck customer service reps about your project. You can either call our office directly or fill out a request form on our website. When you fill out an online form, we will contact you promptly to begin the information gathering process. You will tell us about the project you want to undertake, your expectations and schedule a consultation at the site of the project during initial contact so that we can examine and measure the space you wish to renovate.
2 - Consultation
The process begins when you schedule a FREE consultation with one of the Royal Deck customer service reps about your project.
We meet you on-site so that we can physically review the area in which you are considering your project which helps us provide you with an accurate estimate for the service. During this consultation, we will go over project details and provide you with some examples of other work we have completed. Once we have sparked your imagination and determined what you are looking for, we will take that vision back to our office and start building a quote.
3 - Design
Once your vision has been established, Royal Deck gives you two options for design. We can create a custom design for your project, or you can use one of our existing Lifestyle Classic designs. The choice is yours. Once the design has been chosen and approved by you, we will start the next step in the project.
4 - Installation
We use a management system for all of our projects to ensure that they each run smoothly and in a timely fashion.
Barring any weather delays or product availability delays, we strive for on-time completion of each project. We will begin by obtaining all the necessary permits to begin your project. Once we have the permits to work, we will begin the construction process. We will keep you informed every step of the way. Our crew will keep the area clean and safe throughout the construction process. The final step of the installation process is when you do a final walk-through of the completed project.
5 - Enjoyment
Now that the project is completed, you are now able to enjoy your new deck area or outdoor space.
